Firm also handles select Civil Litigation in state court only.
Peter F. Goldscheider has handled literally thousands of criminal cases including homicides some of which carried the death penalty, sexual assaults, white collar and computer related offenses, narcotics offenses, fraud and theft cases, driving under the influence and other traffic related matters and many additional areas as well. Attorney is also an experienced appellate advocate in both state and federal court including handling petitions for writs of habeas corpus. Also handles juvenile court matters. Has tried well over 150 jury trials and innumerable motions of all sorts.
